General
General questions
What is Creator Clash?
Creator Clash is a physical, one-versus-one collectable card game that brings online creators and original characters together within the Creator Clash multiverse. Players can build their collections through products such as booster packs and pre-built decks, with each set introducing new cards, artwork, strategies and lore.
How does the game work?
Players build a deck and take turns playing cards, using effects and making tactical combat decisions. Each card clearly displays its relevant values and abilities. Creator Clash follows a simple principle: what the card says is what it does, so any effect that changes the normal rules is explained directly on the card.
Where can I learn the rules?
The latest rulebook and how-to-play guidance can be found in the Rules section of our website. We recommend checking the online version before playing, as it will contain the most recent clarifications and updates.
Orders
Orders and delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders will normally arrive within two to four working days after dispatch, although pre-orders, busy periods and circumstances outside our control may take longer. Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once processing or dispatch has begun. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy. For change-of-mind returns, we can arrange a DPD collection and deduct the collection cost from your refund.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact our support team as soon as possible and include your order number, photographs of the damaged item and photographs of the packaging. Please keep the product and its packaging until we have reviewed the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or DPD collection at no cost to you.
Cards
Cards and sets
How often are new sets released?
Creator Clash does not currently follow a fixed public release schedule. New sets are announced once their cards, artwork and products are ready. Upcoming and newly released sets will be shown on our Sets page and announced through our official channels.
Where can I see all cards in a set?
Visit the Card Database and select a set using the available filters. You can also open the Sets page, choose a set and select “Learn More” to explore its cards and related information.
Are cards tournament legal immediately after release?
Not necessarily. A set being available to purchase does not automatically make it legal for every event. The event listing or current organised-play rules will state which sets are permitted and when newly released cards become eligible.
Accounts
Accounts and login
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Check that you are using the correct email address and password, and make sure there are no accidental spaces or typing errors. You can also try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache or using a private browsing window. If you still cannot access your account, contact support and never include your password in your message.
How do I update my account details?

Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact our privacy or support team from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We may need to verify your identity first. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised, although some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.
Creators
Creators and partnerships
How can a creator get involved?
Creators interested in working with Creator Clash can contact us through our Contact page. Please include links to your channels, information about your content and community, and why you would like to be involved. Every potential collaboration is reviewed individually, and submitting an enquiry does not guarantee inclusion in a set.
Do creators approve their cards?
Creators can provide feedback during the agreed review stages, including comments on character linework or likeness. Final decisions regarding art direction, colour, lighting, layout, card name, class, abilities, balance and rules text remain with Creator Clash so that every card remains consistent with the game and its wider visual identity.
Can fans suggest creators?
Yes. You can suggest a creator through our Contact page. Please include the creator’s name, links to their official channels and a short explanation of why you think they would suit Creator Clash. Suggestions are welcomed, but we cannot guarantee that a suggested creator will be contacted or featured.
