Section 1

About this policy

Creator Clash is operated by I Made This Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to I Made This Limited.

This policy applies when you use the Creator Clash website and the services we provide through it, including the shop, card database, lore pages, customer accounts, contact forms, support services and any submission or upload features we make available. It applies to visitors as well as account holders and customers.

Please use these services lawfully, respect other people and follow the rules below. Any additional rules for a particular feature will be made clear when that feature is offered. Separate platforms and events may have their own rules.

This policy sits alongside the terms applicable to your purchases, our Privacy Policy and our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy. It does not remove your statutory consumer rights or your data protection rights.

Section 2

Accounts and authorised access

Use accounts and restricted areas only where you have permission to do so. Take reasonable steps to keep your password and other sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

  • Provide accurate information where it is needed to manage your account or fulfil an order.
  • Do not impersonate another person, creator, member of staff or organisation.
  • Do not use someone else's account or credentials without authority.
  • Do not create or use accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate promotions or conceal fraud.
  • Do not obtain or share access to staff, creator or administrative tools beyond your authorised role.

If you use our services on behalf of another person or organisation, you must have authority to act for them. We do not automatically hold you responsible for every unauthorised action on your account; we will consider what happened and your rights under applicable law.

Section 3

Respectful and lawful use

Treat customers, creators, artists, staff and other people respectfully when using our services. You must not use our services to send, upload, publish or organise:

  • Threats, intimidation, stalking, targeted harassment or discriminatory abuse.
  • Content encouraging violence, exploitation or abuse, including abuse of children.
  • Pornographic or sexually exploitative material.
  • Unlawful defamatory statements or deliberately false allegations presented as facts.
  • Scams, phishing, fraudulent requests or other unlawful activity.
  • Unsolicited advertising, spam or deliberate flooding of forms and support channels.
  • Unauthorised disclosure of someone else's private or confidential information, such as their home address, payment details or private messages.

Honest criticism, negative reviews, good-faith complaints and respectful disagreement are allowed. We will consider context, including whether a submission is a genuine report of abuse or another concern.

Section 4

Orders and customer support

Use the shop, promotions and support services honestly. Provide accurate order, delivery and payment information, and use payment methods only with the account holder's authority.

You must not:

  • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information.
  • Knowingly submit false refund, replacement, non-delivery or payment-dispute claims.
  • Alter receipts, photographs or other evidence to obtain something dishonestly.
  • Seek duplicate compensation for the same loss while concealing a refund already received.
  • Bypass clearly stated purchase limits, promotion conditions or delivery restrictions.
  • Deliberately disrupt support services with abusive messages or repeated irrelevant submissions.

A genuine complaint, reasonable follow-up, honest mistake or disagreement about your rights is not misuse. You may exercise your lawful cancellation, return, refund and payment-dispute rights without being penalised merely for doing so.

Section 5

Website security

Do not interfere with the security, integrity or availability of our services or attempt to access information or systems you are not authorised to use.

  • Do not introduce malware, malicious code or files designed to compromise a system.
  • Do not attempt to steal credentials, take over accounts or bypass access controls.
  • Do not alter orders, prices, stock records, permissions or other data without authority.
  • Do not disrupt the website, overload its infrastructure or interfere with other users' access.
  • Do not use a technical flaw to obtain private account details, restricted files or unreleased material that you are not entitled to access.

Security scanning, penetration testing and other probing of our systems require our prior written permission, unless a separate policy expressly authorises a defined activity. This acceptable use policy does not grant that permission.

If you encounter a possible security problem, please follow the reporting guidance below. Reporting a concern in good faith is not, by itself, a breach of this policy.

Section 6

Automated access and data collection

Automated tools must respect applicable access permissions and published technical limits. Do not use bots, scripts, scrapers or similar tools to:

  • Bypass sign-in requirements, security checks, blocks or purchase limits.
  • Make excessive requests that disrupt the website or degrade its availability.
  • Harvest personal information, credentials or private account data without a lawful basis.
  • Submit spam, create fraudulent accounts or manipulate orders and promotions.

Ask us before bulk extraction or systematic reuse of substantial parts of our card database or asset collections, unless an applicable licence or legal exception already permits that use. We may apply reasonable measures to protect the security and stability of the service, consistently with applicable law.

These rules allow ordinary browsing, accessibility tools, password managers and search-engine indexing of public pages in accordance with our published crawler instructions. They do not override uses that the law permits despite contractual restrictions, including applicable copyright exceptions.

Section 7

Creator Clash content and intellectual property

Creator Clash names, logos, artwork, card images, text, lore and databases may be protected by copyright, trade marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights belonging to us or the relevant rights holders.

Do not copy, redistribute, sell or otherwise use protected material without the relevant permission, except where an applicable licence or the law allows it. Do not use our services to promote counterfeit products or falsely suggest an official endorsement, partnership or connection with Creator Clash or a featured creator.

You are welcome to link to public pages and discuss or review the game. Nothing in this policy prevents lawful criticism, review, quotation, parody or another applicable copyright exception. Those exceptions have their own conditions; crediting a creator does not, on its own, authorise every use of their work.

Contact us if you would like permission to use artwork, logos or other assets beyond an existing permission or legal exception. We may need to refer you to the relevant rights holder.

Section 8

Content you submit

These rules apply to text, images, documents, links and other material you submit through features we make available, including support messages and attachments. Submit material only where you own it, have permission or have another lawful basis for doing so.

Keep submissions relevant to their purpose, follow any stated file requirements and include only the personal information reasonably needed. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.

You retain any ownership rights you have in your submissions. By submitting content, you give us non-exclusive permission to receive, store and make the copies reasonably needed to handle your request or operate the feature you chose, including through service providers acting on our behalf. This permission is limited to those purposes. Any additional use requires a separate permission or other lawful basis.

Sending a support message or attachment does not give us permission to publish it for marketing. Handling, retention and disclosure of personal information remain subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Separate agreements about particular submissions continue to apply.

Section 9

Reporting misuse or a security concern

Use our support form or the email address in our contact details to report suspected misuse, an account security problem or a concern about content on our services.

Include the relevant page or account, an approximate date and time, and a brief explanation. Send only the evidence needed to understand the issue, redact unrelated personal information and do not send copies of illegal material.

For a suspected vulnerability, report it privately and describe what you observed. Stop any activity that could expose other people's information or disrupt a service. Do not access additional accounts, download data or change records to demonstrate the issue. Please contact us before undertaking further testing.

We will assess reports and may ask for further information. We may be unable to share details about another person's account or an investigation. A report made honestly will not be treated as misuse merely because it cannot be substantiated; knowingly false or malicious reports are prohibited.

Section 10

Restrictions and requests for review

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe this policy has been breached, we may take action proportionate to the circumstances. We will consider the seriousness, likely harm, available evidence, context and any relevant previous breaches.

Depending on the issue, this may include:

  • Explaining the concern, issuing a warning or asking you to correct a submission.
  • Removing or restricting access to content that breaches this policy.
  • Temporarily limiting a feature or suspending access while we investigate.
  • Closing an account or restricting future access for serious or repeated misuse.
  • Taking appropriate legal action or making a lawful report to relevant authorities.

We may also temporarily secure an account where we reasonably suspect it has been compromised. Where appropriate, we will give you a warning and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act immediately where necessary to protect people, prevent fraud, secure the service or comply with the law.

We will normally explain an account restriction and how you can request a review. We may limit or delay that explanation where disclosure would be unlawful, compromise security or prejudice an investigation. Any use of personal information during an investigation must have a lawful basis and follow our Privacy Policy.

Your orders and consumer rights

An account restriction does not automatically cancel an existing order or remove your rights to a refund, replacement, complaint or other legal remedy. We will continue to meet our obligations for existing purchases and provide a way to contact us about them, including by email if account access is restricted.

Requesting a review

If you believe a decision is mistaken, contact us using the details below. Identify the account or decision, explain why you disagree and include relevant information. You do not need access to the restricted account to request a review.

We will consider your explanation and tell you the outcome. Where reasonably practicable, someone other than the person who made the original decision will review it. You may still exercise your legal rights while a review is taking place.

Section 11

Changes to this policy and your rights

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, security risks or legal requirements. We will publish the revised wording with an updated date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting existing users, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase or make past conduct a breach of rules that did not apply at the time. Where a change to an existing contract requires your agreement, we will obtain it.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, prevents you from making a lawful report to an authority, or restricts your statutory consumer or data protection rights.
